Sustainability is the leading issue for most of food and beverage companies, as the consumer demand for advance product traceability and visibility increase day by day. Current customers need to know the origins and environmental footprint of all the ingredients they consume and retailers, in return, pass the pressure on to the F&B production plants.

Plants are now implementing tools that allows full transparency both upstream and downstream to quickly respond the requests and display provenance, customer demand a “greener” F&B process. Participants will gain knowledge and insights into the key trends in the Indonesia’s F&B industry, from sustainability, process automation, better hygiene and standard supply chain.

Dr. I Gede Arya Pering Aarimbawa, SE, MSI, CHA 

Chairman of Indonesian Hotel General Manager Association (IHGMA) 

Dr. I Gede Arya Pering Aarimbawa, SE, MSI, CHA the Chairman of Indonesian Hotel General Manager Association (IHGMA) and is an experienced General Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the hospitality industry. He is skilled in OnQ, Menu Engineering, Catering, Food & Beverage, and Hotel Management with a strong sales professional background and has acquired a Diploma focused in Rooms Division from Balai Pendidikan Latihan Pariwisata (BPLP – Bali)/ STP Nusa Dua Bali, and currently continues to pursue his doctoral program at Universitas Negeri Makassar.

Alistair Speirs

Chairman and Senior Consultant of Most Valued Business Indonesia (MVB) 

Alistair Speirs is the publisher of Now! Jakarta and Now! Bali both of which are heavily involved with the hotel and hospitality industry, he is the initiator of Indonesia’s biggest restaurant awards and is the founder of and advisor to the Bali Restaurant and Café Association. He is the founder of and chairman of MVB Sustainability Advocacy and has together with Bahar Consultants formed a specific Sustainability Consultancy for the hospitality industry. MVB created the “ Say Yes to Less” Programs for restaurants in Jakarta , Bali , Bandung and Jogja.

Budhi Wibowo is the Chairman of Indonesia Fishery Product Processing & Marketing Association (AP5I) and founder of Komunitas Usaha Skala Kecil Berbagi-Bersama-Berkembang (Small Scale Industry Sharing-Growing-Together Communities) that prepares Small-scaled industries entering the global market. He is experienced in Export, Marketing, Selling and Negotiation skills and provides seminars to many organizations.
