The largest chef competition in Indonesia, Salon Culinaire returns for its 12th edition along side Food & Hotel Indonesia 2019. Organised by Association of Culinary Professionals Indonesia (ACP) and endorsed by World Association of Chefs Societies (WACS). The 12th Indonesian Salon Culinaire has purposes to maximize the skills & creativity all chefs in Indonesia and improve Culinary Science & Arts in Indonesia. 

Salon Culinaire has 26 classes. This year will be more focus on bringing Indonesian cuisines to the next level and to build up Indonesian Junior Chef in their skill, motivation. and self confidence.
